Day 72 4/27/2010

Got in an awesome workout this afternoon! Since this might be my only workout this week, I wanted to challenge myself. I increased the incline to 1.5% for the first 10 min, increased my speed for the last half, and followed next week's schedule. I got in 14 min of running. This is basically the half way point for me. I am seriously considering pushing the program a little and skipping a week here and there. We will see :)
