Well, deficit was very high today, but that is what I was aiming for. I want to do this several more times this week just to see what effects it will have. Had a good C25K workout. I am up to 8 min running and 22 min walking, not including warm up or cool down. My toe actually hurt a little on this run, but not a lot.
