Week 4 recap
Well, I am up another .4 lb. I wish I knew if it was due to water retention from this weekend's unique dining, from water retention due to muscle repair, from gaining muscle, or from fat gain. I keep reminding myself that I guessed I would not see any good results on weigh-in for two weeks after starting Curves. I also started running during this time. Even so, I was hoping to see just a little loss. This is the end of the 2nd week, so I will wait and see what happens next week.
