Week 2 Recap
Woohoo! Down another 3 pounds! A good week overall. I am also down 1/2 inch in my waist. I am looking forward to seeing the effects Curves will add. I know from past experience, I see more results in lost inches faster than pounds lost since I will be adding muscle. I am also going to try to hit my target a bit closer each day. There were a few days last week where my calorie deficit was really high. I don't want my body to start hording fat because I am not eating enough. I am not sure if I am even close to that, but I don't want to take any chances.
