Today went much better. I got a walk in during the morning at work. I was worried about how my toe would feel during my C25K workout. Also, since I missed Saturday's workout, I wasn't sure how well I would do. This week, the running portion increases again by 2 min bringing it to 6 min running and 24 min walking. It went great! No toe pain at all. I ran 30 sec every 2 min. I was more tired at the end than I normally am, but I got through it!
