Day 30 3/16/10

I am still pretty sore. I walked at work in the morning and that helped a little; at least I did not feel so stiff. I am also really tired. I was really dreading my treadmill workout because the number of run minutes doubled. I got through it fine though. I only felt a little ache in my knees at the end, but that went away fairly quickly.
