Day 25 3/11/10

Did not have time to walk at work but got a great workout at home. I beat my 1 mile time by 1 minute and my 1.5 mile time by 1.5 minutes. The running segments were definitely easier. I completed all four 30 sec segments within the first 15 minutes. I think this helped.
