Day 15 3/1/2010

So this day was interesting. I started back to Curves and burned about 200 calories during the workout, which is about 100 less than I burn on my treadmill workouts. What was interesting was that that my calorie burn stayed higher longer after the Curves workout. I will have to keep and eye on that and see if it continues.
