Week 1 Results

2 pounds down!!!

Other than straining something in my back, it was an awesome week! I lost somewhere between 2 and 5 pounds. When I first started using the GWF on Friday 2/12, the weight I entered was lower then the weight I was when I actually started watching what I ate. I am just going to count the original number though. It is easier that way.
