Day 6 2/20/2009

Ugh...somehow pulled or strained a muscle in my lower back. It started hurting yesterday afternoon. Was not easy to sleep and I have had to take it much easier today. I did get in a slow 15 min walk though. It actually seemed to help.

  1. Hope the back is feeling better. Follow the plan and don't try to do too much too fast. Walking is great for your back but just don't overdo.
