Day 4 2/18/10

What a great day! Had lunch at HuHot with Tim and his mom. Walked 15 min at work and had an awesome 30 min workout at home on the treadmill. I decided that I am altering my C25K a little. The 3rd and 4th week only have me getting up to 20 min walking, but the 5th week has 28 min walking and 2 min running. This seems like a bit of a jump. Instead, I am going to walk 30 min each these next two weeks.
